These apps will be a big help to keep you from your social media use! For me, it’s really hard for me to get off of Facebook. I’m not one to lurk but I will often sign in over and over again. An app called Sellebrity came recommended by my friend. It gives you a certain amount of time per day that you can spend on each social media app and then it will shut itself off when the time runs out. I find that this is the best way to manage my time on social media because it makes me think about how much I’m signing in and on how long each session is going to be.
