Best Free Resources On Email Marketing

When I’ve referred to these free resources on email marketing, people seem pleasantly surprised because they had no idea that there were so many free resources out there. Now, don’t get me wrong—I’m not saying the paid tools aren’t good. They’re awesome! But with a tight marketing budget you may want to start with a smaller investment of your time and energy before investing in paid tools later.

It’s hard to remain on top of your game with email marketing. Every day, new tools, services and resources are launched in the industry. There is a lot of noise out there. Fortunately, as a seasoned campaigner in this space, I have spent countless hours sorting through the best free resources available to you. I’m here to save you from having to do all that work yourself!

MailChimp – Best email marketing tool

MailChimp is one of the most popular email marketing tools on the market. With more than 10 million users and over 50,000 customers, it’s a great option for both beginners and advanced users.

MailChimp features:

  • Email creation tools. MailChimp has a WYSIWYG interface that makes it easy to create attractive and effective emails. You can also choose from pre-made templates if you don’t want to create something from scratch (you’ll have access to over 3,000 professionally designed templates).
  • Marketing automation. You can set up automated workflows based on your subscribers’ actions so you’ll never miss an opportunity to convert them into loyal customers or new leads!
  • Social media integration. We all know how important social media is for businesses so it makes sense for your email marketing software to integrate with social networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. This way you can share content directly from your inbox without having to go through another platform first! Plus if people click “like” or “+1” they’ll be added automatically into your list while still keeping their privacy intact by not revealing any personal information such as their name or email address (this feature only works with Facebook at this point though).

ConvertKit – Email marketing tool for bloggers and creators

ConvertKit is an email marketing software for bloggers and creators. It has a very simple and easy to use interface, and it also has a very good looking drag-and-drop editor.

It’s not just for beginners, though! Even if you have some experience with email marketing, ConvertKit will be easy for you to pick up. The major difference between ConvertKit and other services like MailChimp or Drip is that ConvertKit has more of an emphasis on automation. You can create automated sequences based on what happens in your account (like when someone makes a purchase). This means that your subscriber data gets sent over to the landing page through automation instead of sending them directly from their inbox when they subscribe!

ActiveCampaign – Best email platform for sales and marketing automation

ActiveCampaign is the best email platform that can help you automating your sales and marketing processes. It has a free plan, but if you want more features or need more support, then there are paid plans available.

ActiveCampaign offers a free 14-day trial which lets you try out the software before subscribing to it. The basic packages start at $9 per month for up to 500 subscribers and 1,000 contacts with no limits on features. Paid plans include: Starter ($29/month), Plus ($49/month), and Enterprise ($199/month).

Sendinblue – Free email marketing software

Sendinblue is a powerful email marketing software. It’s free for up to 300 emails per day, and it includes marketing automation, landing pages, SMS marketing, as well as an easy-to-use interface. The paid plans start at $25 per month and include advanced features like team collaboration capabilities.

Sendinblue has been used by more than 80,000 customers worldwide since 2008!

AWeber – Powerful email marketing software

AWeber is an affordable email marketing software that can help you grow your business. With their easy-to-use drag-and-drop editor, you can create beautiful emails and newsletters in minutes. And with autoresponders for drip campaigns, you’ll be able to send out prewritten messages at set intervals so you don’t have to spend all day checking your inbox.

If AWeber sounds like it would be a good fit for your business, there’s no reason not to give it a try! They offer a free trial if you’re not sure where to start or what features will work best for your needs.

HubSpot – Powerful free email marketing tools

HubSpot is a free email marketing tool that has all the features you’ll need to create, send, and track your emails. With HubSpot’s powerful email marketing tools, you can start segmenting your list right away by adding variables like time of day or geographic location. This will allow you to send automated emails at different times of day or week depending on where in the world your subscribers are located. You can also use these segments to target specific groups with different content based on their interests (like sending coupons for men’s clothing during football season).

Start your business with these free email marketing tools

Start small and grow. Email marketing is a great way to begin your business because it doesn’t require a large up-front investment and there are many tools available to help you get started.

Look at the features of each tool to see which one is best for you, but here are some things to keep in mind:

You’ll want an email service provider (ESP) with features like email templates, autoresponders and tracking analytics so that you can plan out your campaign effectively. The best ESPs will also have built-in integrations with other applications such as PayPal or MailChimp so that sending emails from within those platforms is easier than ever before.

email marketing tools list

MailChimp is an all-in-one marketing platform for small businesses. It features a drag-and-drop email builder, free templates, list management, automation and segmentation tools. MailChimp also includes integrations with many third-party services including Facebook Messenger and Shopify Plus to help you grow your business even further.

  • HubSpot

HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales software platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. It offers a full stack of software for marketing, sales, and customer service with a completely free CRM at its core. The companies using HubSpot include Airbnb, Netflix and Slack as well as many other small businesses all over the world. The main aim of this integration is to increase your efficiency by allowing you to easily manage all your emails from one place while also tracking the performance of each contact individually.*

SendinBlue is a great email marketing tool because it’s easy to use, offers good value and deliverability rates, and has great customer support. It also integrates with a variety of other platforms for further ease-of-use.

The initial setup process is fast and simple: you simply enter your email address, then choose from the dropdown menu which contacts you’d like to import from MailChimp or Salesforce CRM (which I recommend). After that, SendinBlue will send you an email at the address you provided asking for confirmation that you do indeed own that account—this helps prevent hackers from hijacking your account later on down the line.

Once logged in, there are several options for setting up automation rules—for example: “If someone opens my newsletter but doesn’t click through after 24 hours” or “If someone opens my newsletter but doesn’t click through within 3 days.” You can also add contacts directly into your list by entering their name and email address; see this article on how best to grow your business through email marketing here!

SendPulse is a cloud-based email marketing service that allows you to create, send, and manage your email campaigns. This is a great tool for anyone looking to start an email marketing campaign or those who are new to the idea of generating leads with emails.

SendPulse has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate through the platform. It also has several features that allow you to customize your emails by adding images, videos, tabs and more!

If you want to make sure that your emails don’t get lost in spam folders then SendPulse will help ensure this doesn’t happen by using SPF/DKIM authentication methods as well as DMARC policy enforcement options which help ensure delivery rates higher than 99%

Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is an email marketing software that allows you to manage and send your email campaigns. It can be used to create and manage lists, segment users into lists, create customized templates and send emails using the templates.

It has a drag-and-drop interface which helps non-coders take advantage of its features too. Zoho Campaigns makes it easy for you to set up and manage multiple campaigns in one go by creating a master campaign from which you can clone more campaigns with just a few clicks.

Zoho Campaigns is fully customizable and lets you control every aspect of sending emails including how often they’re sent out, which segments are involved in each campaign so that all your contacts get only relevant messages at appropriate times – whether manually or automatically – based on their behavior over time; automating the process where possible so that all this happens behind the scenes without any manual intervention required on your part!

Campaign Monitor

Campaign Monitor

Campaign Monitor is an email marketing platform that allows you to drag and drop pre-designed templates, customize them, add images, and send emails. It also offers robust analytics so you can see where your subscribers are opening your emails and how much engagement they’re getting from them. The biggest drawback to Campaign Monitor is the price tag: It’s one of the most expensive options on this list, though it does come with plenty of advanced features like responsive design (so your emails will look good on any device), A/B testing tools (which let you test different versions of a single message against each other), and segmentation capabilities that allow you to target specific groups within your subscriber database like people who have bought certain products or logged into their accounts recently. You’ll need at least one paid account ($10 per month) unless you’re sending less than 1K emails monthly; after that point each additional plan starts at $20/mo or increases by $5/month depending on which one best suits your needs (pro tip: start small!).

Drip is an e-commerce CRM that helps you increase sales with intelligent marketing automation. Unlike traditional marketing automation software, Drip helps you create marketing automation that feels personal—not robotic.

Drip is the world’s first ECRM—an ecommerce CRM designed for building personal and profitable relationships with your customers at scale. It allows you to capture customer data from all channels, build segmentations based on this data and then personalize your emails based on each individual’s preferences in real time as they shop or browse your website.

ActiveCampaign is a powerful marketing automation platform that allows you to create beautiful email campaigns, automate your sales and marketing processes, and manage all your customer data in one place.

Easily design beautiful, mobile responsive emails that convert

Set up automated workflows that trigger based on customer behavior

Omnisend is the best email marketing tool for those who want to send out automated emails. It will help you create beautiful templates and send them out to your subscribers on a schedule that you set.

This email marketing tool allows you to segment your audience by location, devices they’re using, etc., which can be helpful if you have different types of products or services that would appeal differently to different groups of people (like B2B vs B2C).

There are tons of integrations with popular ecommerce platforms and other tools such as MailChimp and Salesforce, which makes it easy for users without any technical skills to set up campaigns without having to use code or anything like that.

Omnisend has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface so even non-technical folks should be able to figure it out pretty quickly! The basic plan starts at $29/month while the pro version costs $99/month (but there are discounts available if you commit long term).

Benchmark Email

Benchmark Email is a great option for businesses who want to have full control of their email marketing campaigns. You can create, send and track your emails with Benchmark Email. There is no free version available, but you can use their platform for as long as you like without paying anything. The paid plans start at $19/month for up to 2k subscribers or $29/month for up to 10k subscribers. If you’re just starting out with email marketing I would recommend using Benchmark Email since it has a very user-friendly interface that makes creating emails really simple!

List of the best email marketing tools

In this post, I’ve assembled a list of the best email marketing tools. This collection is designed to help you get started with your own email campaigns and optimize their performance.

The most popular email marketing tools include:

  • MailChimp (free) – A good option for beginners who are just getting started on their first campaign. It’s easy to use, but also has features that will grow with you as your business grows (such as segmentation).
  • HubSpot (paid) – An all-in-one platform for marketing automation that includes an email tool called “HubSpot Email.” You can use it like any other autoresponder service; however, it also offers many other features like landing pages and lead scoring that can be very beneficial to businesses at various stages of growth.
  • Sendinblue – A French company offering a complete suite of CRM applications including customer support via chat or phone call; social media management; customer data analytics; ecommerce platforms; affiliate programs; etc.. You can manage unlimited campaigns without having to pay extra fees because there is no limit imposed on traffic or number of sends per month/week/year for regular plans

The use of emails in marketing campaigns is far from new – in fact, you could argue that it’s one of the oldest forms of marketing. But digital technology and consumer habits have evolved significantly since the traditional email marketing of yesteryear. Consumers today are more likely to use smartphones to check their emails, and bulk email providers such as MailChimp and Aweber allow businesses to send out thousands of emails at once with minimal effort. As a result, we’ve compiled an extensive list of the best free resources for email marketing that anyone can access.
