We use a lot of WordPress plugins to help manage our content creation process, everything from password protect this page or post, to selecting the proper category. We also use Yoast for our SEO keyword optimization and all the other important on-site factors that improve SEO rankings. Tags  are important too and we use a lot of WordPress tags such as keywords and meta descriptions.
